This notice describes how the website handles enquiry information and optional first party analytics.
What the form collects
The enquiry form collects the selected enquiry type and interest plus contact name business email company country or region a custom-project starting point or existing-product option note estimated quantity target timing project requirements and confirmation that the sender has read this notice along with up to five optional drawings or reference files selected by the sender
Preview and submission behavior
Before submission the browser checks required fields and basic attachment limits so errors can be corrected and when Submit enquiry is selected the entered information and selected files are sent to this website with a successful response showing a unique enquiry reference
Storage and access
Accepted enquiry fields are stored in a local SQLite enquiry database with attachments stored under randomized internal names in a private server directory outside the public website files and no file paths published by the website while enquiries and attachment downloads are available through a password protected admin area
No automatic external delivery
The current implementation does not send an email create a CRM record or send enquiry data to an advertising platform and does not claim that a team member has been notified while hosting and network providers may still process ordinary request data to deliver the service
Cookies
The public website uses necessary first party cookies for language preference and for recording the current privacy choice while the private admin area uses a secure HttpOnly session cookie after an authorized sign in and only after a visitor explicitly accepts analytics may the website create random first party visitor and 30 minute session identifiers
Optional visitor analytics
When analytics is accepted the website stores a random visitor identifier a random session identifier approved page and content interaction events and attribution fields limited to UTM parameters gclid the referrer origin and path and the landing page. It does not store a full IP address raw user agent enquiry text contact details advertising platform identifiers or country city profiling. Google Analytics Meta and TikTok pixels are not configured in this version
Choice and withdrawal
Analytics is off until a visitor makes a choice and rejecting or withdrawing analytics does not prevent browsing or submitting an enquiry while Cookie settings remain available in the footer and withdrawal immediately deletes the associated first party visitor session event and attribution data while retaining only the necessary consent choice record
Attachment checks
The website restricts attachment count size filename patterns extensions and several executable signatures while these checks reduce risk without guaranteeing that an uploaded file is safe and authorized users are instructed to scan untrusted files before opening or extracting them
